Our pool service in Keller, TX is set up for the way this city is actually built: big lots, lots of trees, and a housing stock that hit its stride in the late ’80s and ’90s. Keller is part of our Tarrant County service area alongside Southlake and Grapevine, so our techs already know the drive up Davis Boulevard, Rufe Snow, and Keller Parkway.
Keller’s median home was built in 1999, and more than 40% of the city’s homes went up between 1980 and 1999. That means a lot of the pools behind them are 20 to 35 years old. In neighborhoods like Brentwood Estates, Quail Valley Estates, and the Estates of Oak Run, we expect original plaster that’s getting rough, single-speed pumps that cost more to run than they should, and plumbing that’s been through a few decades of Texas summers. Newer communities like Marshall Ridge are a different story: automation panels, salt systems, and variable-speed equipment that need someone who actually knows how to program and troubleshoot them. And Hidden Lakes falls right in between, with homes from around 2000 that are now due for their first round of major equipment and surface work.
Then there are the trees. Keller sits on the western edge of the Eastern Cross Timbers, and the post oaks, blackjack oaks, and cedar elms that make neighborhoods around Bear Creek Park and the Big Bear Creek Greenbelt so shaded are the same trees filling your skimmer basket. Oak tassels in spring and leaf drop in fall can clog a skimmer and pump basket in a single windy afternoon, and leaves that sit on the floor stain plaster. Weekly brushing and basket cleaning isn’t a nice-to-have here. It’s the whole job.
Keller also buys its treated water from the City of Fort Worth, and Tarrant County water runs on the hard side. Hard water plus a hot August means calcium scale on tile lines and salt cells if the water isn’t balanced every visit. We test and adjust at every stop so scale doesn’t get a head start.
If your project needs a permit, like a new pool, a remodel, or electrical or gas work, the City of Keller handles pool and MEP permits through its Community Development department. We’ll tell you up front whether your job needs one and how we handle it.
Every visit follows the same checklist, and you get a service report emailed to you when we leave.
Fill out the form or call (214) 903-3732. Tell us about your pool: size, saltwater or chlorine, spa, heater, and anything that’s been giving you trouble.
We’ll recommend the plan that fits how you use your pool. Most Keller families with a pool that gets steady summer use land on Premium for the fixed monthly cost.
Your tech gets the water balanced and takes a look at your equipment. If anything needs attention, you’ll see it in your first service report with a quote, not a surprise bill.
Same checklist, every visit, with a report emailed each time.
If something breaks, our repair techs handle it. Premium members get callouts at membership pricing, and Ultimate members get callouts included with 24-hour response (except Sundays).
Our plans start at $224 per month. Here’s how they break down:
Your final price depends on pool size, whether you have an attached spa, saltwater vs. chlorine, and how much debris your yard drops into the water. Heavily wooded lots in Keller can take longer per visit, and we’ll be upfront about that in your estimate.
One company for service and repair. Your weekly tech spots the problem, and our repair team fixes it. No calling around, no second company learning your pool from scratch.
You’ll always know what happened. A service report lands in your inbox after every visit. If we see something, we tell you, and we quote it before we touch it.
Honest recommendations. We’d rather replace the one part that’s actually failing than sell you a full equipment pad. Our reviews say it better than we can.
Pool people, not a franchise. Liquidus was started in 2017 by Garrett Howard and Adam Whitcomb, and Adam grew up in his family’s pool business on Cape Cod. We run on three T’s: transparency, trust, and teamwork.
Licensed and insured. TICL #1012, with a team that includes CPO-certified staff.
Our Keller pool service plans start at $224 per month for weekly service with chemicals billed separately, or $232 per month for our Premium plan with chemicals included at a fixed monthly cost. Your exact price depends on pool size, whether you have a spa, and how much tree debris your yard produces.
Every visit includes skimming, brushing, vacuuming as needed, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, testing and balancing your water, and a check of your pump, filter, heater, and salt cell. You get a service report by email after each visit. Filter cleans and salt cell cleans are scheduled throughout the year based on your plan.
You can, but in Keller it’s a real weekly commitment. Between oak debris, hard Tarrant County water, and 100-degree summer days, a pool can swing from clear to cloudy in a few days if chemistry slips. Most of our customers hired us because they wanted their weekends back and wanted someone watching the equipment, not just the water.
Possibly. Plaster typically lasts 10 to 15 years, and many pools in Keller neighborhoods built in the ’80s and ’90s are on their second surface or overdue for one. Rough spots, stains that won’t brush out, and a single-speed pump that runs loud are all signs. Your tech will note what they see, and we’ll give you honest options, including when a repair makes more sense than a replacement.
Keller’s post oaks and blackjack oaks drop tassels (pollen catkins) in spring, then leaves in fall, and they clog skimmer and pump baskets fast. A clogged basket restricts flow, which strains your pump and weakens circulation. Weekly service keeps baskets empty and debris off the floor before it stains the plaster.
New pools require a permit from the City of Keller, and work that involves electrical, plumbing, or gas lines typically falls under the city’s MEP permits. Routine repairs usually don’t. If your project needs a permit, we’ll tell you before the work is scheduled. You can also reach Keller Community Development at 817-743-4130.
Yes. Salt cell cleans are built into every plan (2 per year), and we check salt levels and cell output at every visit. Hard water is tough on salt cells, so keeping the cell clean and the water balanced makes it last longer.
Yes. We serve Keller along with Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Westlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club, and North Richland Hills, plus the rest of the DFW Metroplex.
Tell us about your pool and we’ll follow up the same day with a plan recommendation and pricing. No pressure, no obligation.
